For years, we have been invested in learning coding and attending many hackathons and other events. During this pandemic, opportunities to gain knowledge and develop skills have decreased. Our goal is to provide students with a means to develop their coding journey during these tough times. Whether you have just started to code or have been coding for many years, there will be workshops and prizes centered around your skill level. Here at Lambda Hacks we strive to create a highly interactive environment where students can gain insight, improve their coding, and come out of our competitions an overall better coder.   Website:

Age: High School Student

Location: Anywhere

Team Size: No more than 4 people on one team.


Project must be started during hackathon hours. 

Project submission must include the names of all team members and link to public code repository.

Public APIs are allowed and can be used for your project.

Project will be accompanied by a video presentation with a maximum length of 5 minutes.

  • Creativity/Uniqueness
    How different is your project and is it something we rarely see or have never seen before. Basically, what makes your program worth investing.
  • Technical Difficulty
    How robust is your application, is it just some slightly altered API or a versatile application.
  • Impact/Feasibility
    How impactful is this product. Is it something that is ready to be implemented in the scale that you foresee?
